  • 4 large Tortillas (wheat or corn) Choose soft and fresh tortillas for better wrapping.
  • 250 g Cottage cheese Use creamy, smooth cottage cheese without lumps.
  • 1 Avocado Cut into thin slices for creaminess.
  • 1 Red bell pepper Cut into strips for crunch and sweetness.
  • 1 Cucumber Peeled and cut into sticks for freshness.
  • a few Lettuce leaves For crunch and color.
  • 1 Carrot Grated for extra texture and sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons Plain yogurt Adds creaminess and a slight tang.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Enhances flavors and prevents avocado from browning.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to your taste.
  • to taste Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or cilantro) For added freshness and color.
  • to taste Spices (paprika, cumin, or herbs de Provence) To customize the flavor of your mix.

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Rinse all vegetables under cold water. Cut the avocado, bell pepper, and cucumber into thin slices or sticks. Grate the carrot and set all vegetables aside in a large bowl.
  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the plain yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and spices of your choice. Stir until smooth.
  • Step 3: Heat the tortillas in a frying pan over low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side to make them more pliable.
  • Step 4: Spread a generous portion of the cottage cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla. Add slices of avocado, bell pepper strips, cucumber sticks, lettuce, and grated carrot. Feel free to add fresh herbs for more flavor.
  • Step 5: Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to create a closed wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Step 6: Cut the wraps in half for a nicer presentation. They can be enjoyed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize your wraps with additional proteins, fruits, or different vegetables and sauces to suit your taste.
