- 4 larges skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- salt and pepper
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.5-oz) Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 (5-oz) Texas Toast garlic croutons, crushed
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Melt butter in casserole dish. Add the chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Layer 2 cheese slices on top of each breast.
In a medium bowl, add the soup and the chicken broth, season with salt and pepper and pour over the cheese. Sprinkle croutons on top and spray with cooking spray.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
