Ingredients
  

  • 1 Mango peeled, sliced and pitted
  • 1-2 Peaches peeled, sliced and pitted
  • 1/2 cup Orange, Peach, Mango Juice (Dole makes this flavor you can use orange juice as well)
  • 6 oz Fat-Free Peach Yogurt
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: one ripe mango, one or two peaches, orange juice, peach yogurt, and some ice. Make sure your fruits are ripe for the best flavor.
  • Start by peeling and slicing your mango. Take your time to ensure there are no skins left. The flesh should feel firm yet slightly soft, releasing that sweet aroma.
  • Next, peel and slice your peaches. If they’re ripe, they should give a little when you press them gently. Slice them into manageable pieces for blending.
  • Once your fruits are ready, place the sliced mango and peaches into your blender. Make sure to get every piece into the mix!
  • Pour in about a half cup of orange juice. This will add a zesty kick that’s so refreshing.
  • Next, add the fat-free peach yogurt. This is what will make your smoothie creamy and smooth.
  • Lastly, toss in the ice. It’s crucial for that icy cold texture that makes every sip so refreshing.
  • Put the lid on your blender, ensuring it's tightly sealed. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until everything is completely smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides if the mixture gets stuck.
  • Once blended, check the consistency. If it looks too thick, feel free to add a splash more juice and blend again until you reach the desired smoothness.
  • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy immediately while it’s fresh and cold. You can garnish it with extra fruit slices on top if you want!

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They are best consumed within 24 hours for optimal taste and freshness.
