- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Preheat your oven to 350° F.
In a 9 x 13 baking dish, whisk together honey, soy sauce, dijon mustard, curry powder, and chopped scallions.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce and turn them to coat thoroughly.
Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Once marinated, cover the dish with foil.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
About halfway through the cooking time, baste the chicken with the sauce.
