Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350° F.
  • In a 9 x 13 baking dish, whisk together honey, soy sauce, dijon mustard, curry powder, and chopped scallions.
  • Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce and turn them to coat thoroughly.
  • Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Once marinated, cover the dish with foil.
  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • About halfway through the cooking time, baste the chicken with the sauce.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Finally, serve the No Work Chicken over a bed of rice or pasta.
