Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a ziplock bag add the chicken and cornstarch and shake to coat.
  • In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add the olive oil.
  • Working in batches, add the chicken and fry each side until golden.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the chicken broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
  • Pour over the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce starts to thicken.
  • Serve with sesame seeds and green onions.
