Ingredients
  

  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin on
  • 0.25 cup White miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste or grated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste or grated ginger

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9x13x2 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Wipe the 8 chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together ¼ cup white miso paste, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon ginger paste.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and rub each thigh to coat evenly with the miso mixture. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Place the marinated chicken thighs skin side up in the baking dish.
  • Brush any remaining miso mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
