Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup fresh basil loosely packed
  • 1 cup fresh parsley loosely packed
  • 2 Tbsp chives chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients for the green goddess dressing to a small blender or a food processor.
  • Blend (or process) until the herbs are finely chopped and the dressing is thick and creamy and has reached your desired consistency.
  • Taste the dressing for flavor and add more sea salt or lemon juice to taste.
  • Note that salad dressings always taste less strong when mixed into salad, so keep that in mind before making changes.
  • Store homemade green goddess dressing in a jar with a lid or an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
