  • 1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

  • Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F. This step is crucial as it ensures your dish bakes evenly.
  • Next, grab a 9×13 glass baking dish and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. This will prevent any sticking and make cleanup a breeze.
