- 1 piece chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add about half an inch of vegetable oil to a large oven-proof or cast iron pan and place it over medium heat.
Rinse the chicken breast under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Season both sides of the chicken breast generously with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts into the hot oil. Cook on one side for about five minutes.
After five minutes, carefully remove the pan from heat and flip the chicken over.
Immediately place the pan into the preheated oven. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once cooked, let the chicken stand for a few minutes before slicing.
Slice the Juicy Chicken and serve it hot, perhaps with your favorite sides.
