Equipment

  • Instant Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and sprinkle onion powder on top.
  • Secure the lid, ensuring the valve is in the “Sealing” position. Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once the time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then open the valve to release any remaining pressure. Remove the lid.
  • Carefully take the chicken breasts out and place them on a cutting board. Shred them with two forks.
  • Discard the remaining liquid in the Instant Pot. Return the shredded chicken back to the pot.
  • Add the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper to taste. Stir to coat the chicken.
  • Turn the Instant Pot to the “Saute” setting. Cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently until heated through.
  • Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
