- 4 cups chicken breasts cooked and chopped
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preheat your oven to 350º F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the butter and Ritz crackers. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spread evenly.
Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of the mixture. Top with pats of butter.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm as a main dish or side.
