- 1 9-inch pie shell
- 4 cups 4 cups strawberries
- 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups water
- 0.75 cups ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 package 3 ounces package strawberry Jell-O
Bake the pie shell according to package directions. Cool.
Place washed and hulled strawberries in the cool pie shell.
Combine water, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for two minutes.
Add the strawberry Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Slowly pour over the berries.
Chill in the refrigerator until set. Store, covered, in the refrigerator until serving.
