  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Distilled white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Turmeric
  • to taste Granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ⅛ teaspoon turmeric to a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  • If you like your Big Mac Sauce a little sweeter, add ½-1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, or to taste, and whisk until combined.
  • Enjoy with French fries, as a dipping sauce, or on a burger. Makes about ⅔ cup.
