- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
